This is good news because ePub is an open format, unlike Amazon’s AZW ebook format. However, the ePub spec leaves open the question of DRM. Most ebook sellers are currently using Adobe’s ADEPT DRM. Never forget...
That H.264 support wasn’t added to Flash Player until version 9.0.115. So kids, when you use something like SWFObject to embed Flash video, if your source files are MP4s encoded in H.264 then make sure you set the minimum version to 9.0.115.
